Pop-up ads are back, thanks to the folks at Tripod, who keep changing their advertising schemes.
The pop-ups can't be turned off without actually embedding the ad right at the top of this page,
which I think would look awful, be distracting, and cause people to curse my name.
I hope the pop-ups stop again, but there's nothing to be done for now.

if you have an opinions on us actually moving to another server
Because of my illness for a goodly part of last year and most of this year,
I fell woefully behind (read: unbelievably behind) on taking care of that "club" community.
Mea culpa. I am endeavoring to bring it up to date now.
If you know of anyone who applied for membership there, even a year ago,
and never heard back from me, please tell them to be patient and/or apply again now.
I will get through all the applications as Excite's server (which is slow!) allows me to!
